Performing duty as Judge 

While affirming the award of sentence of death, a person who used to work as Judge may not support the capital sentence but while performing his duty as Judge he is bound by law and fact. He is to decide the issue of awarding the sentence considering the gravity of the offence. While affirming this sentence as a Judge we must take into consideration the relevant laws, facts, evidence and situation of the relevant time.
