If there is a special order to try a particular case at a particular place the original place of sitting continues to remain the place of sitting of the Court of Sessions and the new place indicated in the special order js meant for trial of only that case or class of cases which the special order specifically provides. 49 DLR 157 (AD)-Sayeed Farook Rahman Vs. বিশেষ স্থানে বিশেষ মামলা বিচার করার জন্য যদি কোন বিশেষ আদেশ থাকে, তাহলে বসার মূল স্থানটি দায়রা আদালতের বসার স্থান হিসেবে অপরিবর্তিত থাকে; এবং বিশেষ আদেশে উল্লেখিত নতুন স্থান বলতে কেবলমাত্র বিশেষ আদেশে উল্লেখিত মামলা বিচারের স্থানকে বুঝায়। 49 DLR 157 (AD)
