Role of Bank

The role of the Bank does not appear to be good than that of the oppressive and cruel creditors. The creditors in many cases used to travel even earth to heaven to collect their debts leaving no stone untouched and the Bank also behaving like the same after obtaining the judgment in the case for Taka 9,84,918 which has already been deposited by the accused by the order of the Court again filed the case under the provision of Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 against the appellant.
