Accordingly, we are of the view that the parliament in its wisdom has decided the items in paragraphs 4 and 7 con- ducive and necessary in the public in- terest to be effective immediately to contd… impose customs duty and supplementary duty as levied under SRO Nos.43 and 45 respectively dated 08.02.2000 which do not suffer from any infirmity warranting any interfer- ence by this Court.
