Section 5- We appreciate the decision of the Board of Governors of the BPATC in its 57th meeting to withdraw the appeals in question, it would have been perpetuating a discriminatory treatment towards the petitioners (respondents in the appeals) in clear violation of their fundamental rights of equality before law and equal protection of law as guaranteed in article 27 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
