Section 20(5) Revisional Court- Records of right do not create or extinguish any title. Therefore, there could have been no valid transfer by proforma defendants. It is well settled that a revisional Court cannot, ordinarily transgress upon facts as found by the trial or appellate Court, which is the last forum of fact.
