Clause 1.2(i)

For selecting appropriate person from the locality the Principal shall send the proposal but it ought to have been in the form of a panel of minimum three persons along with their academic and socio activities credentials, so that the Vice-Chancellor can pick up the appropriate person at his own discretion and consideration....(23)

Educationalist

An educationalist means a specialist/ expert/skilled in theories and methods of teaching. From the meanings, it is-clear that educationalist means an expert in teaching both theories and methods and it ultimately indicate an experienced or retired teacher, who can be considered as an expert in teaching.
