Banker | Case Reference
BANKER
The
word 'Banker' occurring in section 409 of the Penal Code has not been used in
the technical sense of the Banking Compa- nies Act. It signifies any person who
discharges any of the functions of the customary business of banking and it
also includes a firm or company that carries on such business.
